WE CREATED THE BATCH COOKING GUIDES IN RESPONSE TO A NEED IN OUR OWN LIVES AND A NEED WE SAW IN THE LIVES OF OUR CLIENTS, FRIENDS, AND FAMILY. WE WANTED TO CREATE A GUIDE THAT WOULD WALK YOU THROUGH THE PROCESS OF COOKING ALL YOUR MEALS AT HOME, TEACH CLASSIC COOKING TECHNIQUES, AND LEAVE YOU WITH A FRIDGE FULL OF NUTRITIOUS AND DELICIOUS FOOD! WITH THESE GUIDES, YOU WILL FEEL CONFIDENT AND COMFORTABLE PREPARING NUTRIENT DENSE, DELICIOUS FOOD FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY WITHOUT THE NEED TO SPEND EVERY NIGHT IN THE KITCHEN.


In each Weekly Batch Cooking Guide you will find:

  • Recipes enough for a whole week of breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, including ideas for sides, garnishes, reheating, and freezing.

  • A shopping list with the specific quantities of all ingredients for each recipe.

  • A step-by-step guide that takes you through the entire process, minute by minute, of batch-cooking for that week of recipes.

  • A list of equipment needed for each guide.

  • A sample daily meal plan using your batch-cooked recipes.

Over the months of using these Guides you will become proficient and efficient in the kitchen, saving tons of time to do other things you love. Additionally, you will learn classic cooking techniques and cook with new ingredients for even more variety in your diet. You will be eating healthfully without having to think about it!
